Our Origins
The menu, rooted in Eastern North Carolina's backyard BBQ traditions, combines Southern Arizona's traditions to bring you something new and exciting on an ongoing basis. For example, our name, SourBlue BBQ, comes from our signature side that comes with every meal. It combines blue corn ( A South Western US staple) and a select set of North Carolina ingredients to form our version of the traditional hushpuppies that are served with every Eastern North Carolina BBQ meal. We believe food that tells a unique and evolving story can bring people together to make new memories of their own, and we hope that you feel the same way.
What's Chef's Table?
Chef's Table is available on a limited reservation basis. Typically done in your home or in an appropriate location of your choosing, it is an elevated yet unpretentious BBQ and sides plated 8 to 10-course chef's tasting experience. Starting at $125 dollars per head, it is an experience like no other. At this time, we require a minum order of 8 lucky people.
